OUR STORY

Olardo O. Lawrence grew up as the third of six children raised by a single mother in Arnett Gardens, Kingston, Jamaica — one of the island's most resilient and underserved inner-city communities. From an early age, he understood what it meant to navigate limited resources, and he watched firsthand how access — or the lack of it — could define a young person's entire trajectory.

His turning point came through the National Youth Service, a structured training program that recognized his potential and selected him to represent Jamaica in the Jamaica-Canada International Exchange Program. That opportunity changed everything. It opened a door that led him to migrate to the United States, where he built an entirely new life from the ground up.

In the United States, Olardo became a certified paramedic — serving communities on the front lines of crisis and care — before answering a deeper call to serve his adopted country. He joined the United States Army and currently serves as a commissioned Field Artillery Officer, bringing the same precision, discipline, and strategic thinking to everything he builds.

Today, as the founder of Precision Command Partners, he leads an AI transformation agency helping businesses across the U.S. and Caribbean markets compete in the digital economy. And through Elev8 JA, he is going back — back to the communities like the one that shaped him — to make sure the next generation of Jamaican youth never has to wait for someone to open a door. He is building the door himself.
