These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Elev8 Jamaica, Inc. ("Elev8 JA," "we," "us," or "our"), a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 42-3528355) based in Winter Haven, Florida. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services or to make a donation.

Donations

Donations to Elev8 Jamaica, Inc. are voluntary contributions made to support our charitable mission. Donations are processed by Stripe and are subject to our Donation & Refund Policy. Elev8 Jamaica, Inc. is a U.S. tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless expressly stated at the time of the contribution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfere with their operation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including for donations.
• Infringe on any intellectual property or privacy rights.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Elev8 Jamaica, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
